TRAZOS se ofrece hoy sin costo. Recibes una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar TRAZOS y su contenido. No puedes revender, redistribuir ni sublicenciar el contenido propio de TRAZOS. Las definiciones en inglés adaptadas de CC-CEDICT no son propias: se rigen por su licencia, Creative Commons Atribución-CompartirIgual 4.0, que permite copiarlas y adaptarlas dando crédito y compartiéndolas bajo la misma licencia. Sus traducciones al español, hechas por ivebeen3d, se comparten con esa misma licencia.
Hoy no hay compras dentro de TRAZOS. Si se habilitara una versión de pago, estos Términos se actualizarán antes con el proveedor de cobro y sus condiciones.
La selección de contenido, las frases de ejemplo y el diseño de TRAZOS son de ivebeen3d. Las definiciones en inglés están adaptadas de CC-CEDICT (MDBG), con licencia CC BY-SA 4.0, y sus traducciones al español se comparten con esa misma licencia; la animación de los trazos usa Hanzi Writer (licencia MIT) con datos de Make Me a Hanzi (Arphic Public License). Las listas de vocabulario del HSK tienen carácter de datos factuales. TRAZOS no está afiliado ni avalado por Hanban, el Centro de Cooperación e Intercambio Lingüístico (CLEC), Chinese Testing International ni el Ministerio de Educación de China; «HSK» se usa únicamente de forma descriptiva.
Te comprometes a usar TRAZOS con fines personales y educativos, conforme a la ley, sin afectar el funcionamiento del servicio ni los derechos de terceros.
El servicio se ofrece tal cual y según disponibilidad. No garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida, ausencia de errores ni resultados específicos de aprendizaje.
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, ivebeen3d no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuenciales derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de TRAZOS.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La versión vigente estará siempre publicada en esta página, con su fecha de actualización.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or specific learning results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ivebeen3d shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use TRAZOS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
